Can I create my own DigiPehchan ID?
Yes. During registration, you can choose your preferred DigiPehchan ID, subject to availability and platform policies (e.g. www.digipahchan.com/yourname).
Will I get my own website?
Yes. Every user receives a personal business website generated from their profile information, making it easy to showcase their services, products, and contact details online.
Can I edit my profile anytime?
Yes. You can update your profile, business details, gallery, services, and contact information anytime from your dashboard.
What is DigiScore?
DigiScore is a profile quality indicator based on factors such as profile completeness and platform activity. It is intended to help users understand and improve their profile quality.
Is my information secure?
Yes. DigiPehchan uses appropriate security measures to help protect user information. Users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals (if enabled), while your current subscription remains active until the end of its billing period. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted payment gateway providers. DigiPehchan does not store your complete card details or UPI PIN.
