Paid subscription plans on DigiPahchan are generally non-refundable once activated. Refund requests are only reviewed for duplicate transactions or system errors. Users can cancel subscriptions at any time through their settings dashboard to stop renewals.
1. Subscription Plans
DigiPehchan currently offers:
- Free Plan
- Premium Plan (₹199 per year)
- Pro Plan (₹499 per year)
Subscription benefits remain active for the duration of the selected plan unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their DigiPehchan account. Cancellation will stop automatic renewal (if enabled), but the current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
No partial cancellation or pro-rata refund will be provided unless required by applicable law.
3. Refund Policy
As DigiPehchan provides access to digital services immediately after successful payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated. Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payment made for the same subscription.
- Payment successfully deducted but subscription not activated due to a verified technical issue on DigiPehchan's side.
- Incorrect transaction caused by a verified system error.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by DigiPehchan.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the subscription.
- Accidental purchase after successful activation.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference where the advertised features have been provided.
- Suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
5. Duplicate Payments
If multiple payments are made unintentionally for the same subscription, users should contact our support team. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded or adjusted at DigiPehchan's discretion.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.
- DigiPehchan is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
7. Subscription Upgrades
If a user upgrades from one paid plan to another, the upgraded plan becomes active after successful payment. Upgrade charges are calculated according to the applicable pricing and billing rules at the time of purchase.
8. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails or is not successfully completed, no subscription will be activated until payment is successfully received. Users may retry the payment through the platform.
9. Fraud Prevention
DigiPehchan reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of payment fraud, chargeback abuse, misuse of promotional offers, violation of the Terms & Conditions, or any activity intended to obtain services dishonestly.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of DigiPehchan after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
